Workmen's Compensation: Employee made claim of on the job injury to his knee which would not allow him to work. The company was paying the employee his full benefits in good faith. Medical doctors had cleared the employee however he continued to complain of debilitating pain. A surveillance operation subsequently showed the employee performing heavy work with no problems. All facts and evidence were captured on video. The employee was eventually terminated resulting in thousands of dollars saved from further fraudulent claims by the employee.
Employee Theft: Employer was finding that stock from their small store was missing and suspected an employee. A surveillance operation was performed and it was found that the employee was stealing items from the store then selling them at his home.
